Westover Financial was founded in 1984 and is currently one of the largest,
independent equipment leasing and finance companies in the United States. We are
headquartered in Santa Ana, California, and have funded over $500m in capital
equipment assets for companies nationwide since our inception.

others, including banks, cannot. Westover utilizes a database and active underwriting
pool of over 36 different lenders. As a result, transaction dollar size, equipment type or
credit challenges rarely stand in the way of a speedy and painless approval process. In
other words, our clients receive the best rate and terms for their particular transaction
that the marketplace can offer.

The hospitality/restaurant market has expanded dramatically the last five years.
Westover began to recognize that a good part of our overall market share was
emerging from this industry, primarily because of the way we do business. This included
end-users and vendors who use and sell specific related hospitality or restaurant

unique needs of this market.
